Returns must be done within 48 hours of receiving your items (local purchases,) and 14 days for international purchases. We unfortunately can not accept returns made outside of this timeframe.
All returns must be unused, unwashed and in the same condition and branded packaging you received your item(s) in. Any signs of of wear or damage will lead to the return request being denied.
Please return your purchases to our store at Adlife Plaza, 2nd floor, Siri Studio.
Only full prices items may be returned for exchange or store credit. Sale item purchases are considered FINAL. We however will do any required alterations at a fee of Kes 200 per alteration.

You will be responsible for paying your own delivery/shipping fees for returning items, unless you receive a damaged item or the wrong order.
If you receive a damaged/defective item, we will cater for the return and delivery fees.

ALTERATIONS:

Alterations start at at a fee of Ksh 200 per alteration.
Alterations will only be done on the spot if an appointment was scheduled, or if the workload in the workshop allows. Allow up to 7 business days for your alterations to be completed.
