Who can I contact if there’s an issue with my order?

Can I exchange or return my order if it doesn't fit?

Purchases can be exchanged or returned for a store credit. We do not offer refunds. By placing the order, you accept these terms.

I’m in between sizes. Which size should I buy?

Refer to our size guide. For stretchy garments, pick one your smaller size. For non stretchy garments, pick the larger size and have us adjust it to fit. Please refer to each product description or contact our customer service team if unsure of what size to select.

Do you deliver?

Yes we work with local courier services to deliver all over Kenya and we ship internationally through DHL.
For Nairobi deliveries, we use a ‘bodaboda’ and the charge is based on your location. We use Fargo courier for outside Nairobi.
The exact charges will be communicated to you at the time of making the purchase. When will I receive my order?
